IEC 60068 环境测试介绍及其标准下载

  IEC 60068 标准由国际电工委员会 (IEC) 发布，是用于电工产品环境测试的国际标准。 IEC 60068 系列包含有关标准、环境测试程序和测试严重性的基本信息。

IEC 60068 环境测试

  制定这一系列标准是为了在特定产品类型（电气、机电或电子设备和装置、它们的子组及其组成部分）的环境测试中实现统一性和可重复性。 该系列标准主要针对电工产品，但第二部分中的大部分环境测试程序同样适用于其他工业产品。

环境调节或环境测试一词是指样品在实践中可能暴露在自然和人工环境中，以便对其在储存、运输、安装和使用条件下的性能进行评估。

但是，对经受环境调节的样品的性能要求在本标准的范围内。 测试样品的相关规范定义了环境测试期间和之后的允许性能限制。 在起草相关规范或采购合同时，应考虑技术和经济方面的因素，只应规定相关样品所需的测试。

简而言之，IEC 60068 系列标准是一套对电子设备和产品进行环境测试的测试方法，以评估它们在包括极冷和干热在内的环境条件下的执行能力。 这套标准为测量和测试提供了适当的严重等级，并描述了各种环境条件。

IEC 60068 标准由“环境测试”主标题下的以下三个子标题组成：

  • IEC 60068-1 第 1 部分：一般和指南
  • IEC 60068-2 第 2 部分：测试
  • IEC 60068-3 第 3 部分：支持文件和指南

  IEC 60068-1 标准定义了多种环境测试方法及其适当的强度，并描述了用于测量和测试的各种大气条件，旨在评估样品在运输、储存和操作的各个方面执行预期的能力。

  然而，虽然它通常适用于电工产品，但本标准不限于这些，如果需要，还可用于其他领域。 其他特定于个别样品类型的环境测试方法可能包含在相关规范中。 为了帮助生成具有适当测试和测试严格性的测试规范，本标准提供了环境测试适应过程的框架。

  IEC 60068-2标准，一般包括以下类型的测试：冷、干热、湿热（稳态）、湿热（循环）、冲击（例如冲击和苛刻使用冲击）、振动、加速（稳态）、霉菌生长、腐蚀性环境（例如盐雾）、灰尘和沙子、气压（高或低）、温度变化、密封（包括面板密封、容器密封和防止液体进入和泄漏）、水（例如雨水、滴水）、辐射（例如太阳能，但不包括电磁），焊接（包括对焊接的耐热性）和端子（组件）的耐久性。

  IEC 60068-3 标准提供了有关该系列标准背景信息的支持文件和指南。 例如，冷热试验和干热试验之间的选择、设备的抗震试验方法、湿热试验、恒温箱性能验证、温度/湿度箱性能验证、冷热和干热恒温箱测量（带负载）测试，振动测试，例如计算气候测试室条件的不确定性，评估可能的无铅回流焊温度曲线的方法，以及支持文档和焊接指南。
